Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic, playful and creative. Linking movement with the breath as we flow through a sequence of postures that builds heat in the body, helping to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Steph’s vinyasa classes build on her knowledge of ashtanga yoga. Classes are grounded with a theme or intention to establish meaning beyond just physical movement. We explore transitions between poses in order to navigate changes we go through on and off the mat.

Restorative Yoga
A gentle, relaxing yoga class incorporating more seated, grounding postures which are held for several breaths allowing you to explore the pose in depth and deepen your connection to your body and the subtle layers within. This class invites you to slow down, to settle the chatter of the mind and to meet yourself where you are at.
