Yoga is a practice to support you through every chapter of life.

Establishing connection between the breath and the body in our practice on the mat teaches us how to navigate the changes and challenges we will inevitably encounter off the mat. A continual reminder that yoga is not a practice that separates us from the real world but allows us to be rooted and centred existing in it.

Yoga extends beyond the physical poses and postures. Whilst their role is important, I wish to share the deeper layers of yoga philosophy and tradition for this wisdom can help each of us move through life with grace.
