What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) works with the other-than-conscious mind to re-programme outdated or unhelpful belief systems that are no longer working for us. These beliefs are often the root of self limiting behaviours such as procrastination, anxiety, addiction and disordered eating patterns that prevent us from achieving our goals, success or living as the best version of ourselves.
The tools and techniques of NLP enable us to understand that, although these behaviours are not working for us, there is a positive intention behind them. We will work together to discover what is really going on and how we can satisfy this positive intention with new, more beneficial behaviours that are more in alignment with the life you want to live.
